We use vinylester resin with our hand laid hull and deck with high grade stitched cloths and chopped strand mat ensuring a combination of consistent thickness and superior strength with the addition of vinylester resin.
Our laminate schedule includes the use of 80kg high density closed cell foam on the hull sides and large deck areas to provide strength and to assist with impact resistance and noise reduction
Our transoms consist of a sandwich of 38mm Thermolite and 2400 grams of glass either side.
Our sub floor stringer and bulkhead system is constructed from Thermolite, with the primary stringers constructed from 38mm and the remaining of the stringers with 12mm all with 2400 grams of stitched and chopped strand mat either side of all stringers.
Our sub floor structural system have 40 individual air tight voids, which can be foam filled as an extra.
The deck has extra stitched reinforcement around rod holders, mooring cleats and other high strain areas.
Based on the old school Haines Hunter 565, we have widened the chine to 60mm to match the planing strakes which provides more hydrodynamic lift, better stability at rest and better cornering.
We have created 2 completely new decks, a half cabin and center console. Both models will have 25" transoms, 70 litre bait tanks, 200 litre stainless fuel tanks, rear storage lockers and large bilges to accommodate bilge pumps, live bait pumps and float switches, plus many other standard features found here.
We've also added a flooding keel as standard, adding approximately 100L of water ballast which decreases the rolling moment at rest, and the option to have a remote actuator operated flap to keep the water in when underway, or to keep the water out when spot hopping, or launching in shallow water.
The 22° dead rise gives a soft ride and with the flat planing plank on the keel gets the boat onto the plane much faster and planes at a lower speed compared to a round or v keel
All boats come standard with 6" Seastar hydraulic jack plates, by lifting the engine up it reduces drag, resulting in increased speed at the same RPM and better fuel economy. While lowering the engine deeper in the water will assist the boat in remaining on plane while in rough seas. With the motor set 6" back from the transom, it moves the prop away from the turbulent water close to the hull and provides the prop access to the most efficient water column for optimal motor function, increasing overall boat performance.
With the inclusion of the optional and very much recommend SeaKeeper Ride System will get you out at your fishing spot comfortably and in good time. The rotary blades make 100 adjustments every second to combat wave motions, which eliminates up to 70% pitch, roll, and yaw of the boat while underway.
